Have you ordered items and they just don’t fit, the color isn’t right or it’s just not the style you want?
This is annoying, but sending it back is very easy.

You can return all items in the RAG shop within 14 days of receipt.

To ensure that your return is processed quickly, we ask you to follow the following steps:

1. There is a return form included in your package. Please fill out this return form and enclose it with your return shipment. Unfortunately, an incomplete or illegible return form will delay the processing time.

2. Please pack the items you want to return in their original packaging (including, for example, the manufacturer’s shoe boxes) in a box (e.g. in which your order was delivered) and include the completed return form.

3. Send the package with sufficient postage to the following address:

We do not offer free returns; if the package is sent to us “carriage forwarded”, €10 postage and handling costs will be deducted from the return amount.

The 14 day return period begins after receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery)

The processing time for your return can be variable and depends on whether the return form is filled out correctly, whether you want an exchange, a refund or refund or whether you want us to simply save the return value in your RAG customer account for future orders.

Do you have an item that you really like, but the size or color doesn’t quite fit or the item is broken? No problem!
BPlease fill out the return form which items you have sent back and which item you would like instead. Enter size, color and name.

Send the goods back to us with sufficient postage using the completed return form. We also ask you to check your email address; if you have any questions, we will try to contact you.

If you need help and don’t know how to find the right size for you, you can click on the “Size Chart” link on the items and there you will find the measurements for the size or a corresponding conversion table.

Repayment and Refund
As soon as we have received your return and checked it, we will either refund you the amount or credit the amount to your customer account, provided you have ticked this request on the return form. Depending on which payment method you chose when placing your order, we can refund you the purchase price as follows:

Payment via PayPal:
We will credit the amount to your PayPal account. There you can then decide whether you want the amount transferred to your bank account or use it for further orders. We would also like to point out that for security reasons we do not store any account information.

Payment by credit card:
We will return the amount to your credit card account.

Payment via eps:
We will transfer the amount to your bank account. We ABSOLUTELY ask you to also enter your account information. We need the name of your bank, IBAN and BIC. IIf this is not filled out correctly, the repayment may be delayed.
We would also like to point out that we do not store any account information for security reasons.

If you indicate on the return form that we should credit the amount to your RAG customer account, you can then have the credit deducted from your future orders.
